read only input not appear in printing

I have a form need user to print it from web after submit, The form has a read only field, when user submit the form and try to print that read only input not appear.

What version  of Forms are you using? 

After submission, can you see the inputted value in Forms? 

How are you printing the form?

Hi Jared,

I use forms version 10.2.1.246

After submission i see all inputted value except read only inputted, but can see it's label.

I add print button from Message Start Event in process Diagram window then after submit form i print it.

Also label background color not appear in print.

This is working for me on my copy of 10.2 using the same field name and configuration. Please open a support case so we can take a look at your process and investigate the cause of the issue.
