Hey Lidija! Thanks for getting back to me. I look at the forms event viewer on a regular basis but that's generally for a single instance of the form (I believe). This is the operational report which is the performance of all the forms of that type. I've drilled down into forms listed on the report & seems fine.

It doesn't feel like the problem is the form itself as it seems to be working for the users just fine. The processes all work without errors. I think is some kind of permission thing for those 2 users. 

It used to work for them on version 10.1 but the upgrade to 10.3 changed something. I have my IT dept looking at it. I just thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone else has had seen this.
