Error adding Custom activity in web client

Hello everyone.

I have the following situation: I am trying to add a custom option within the web client, using the files: "CustomActions.xml", "CustomTools.xml" and the application that the web client has by default.

I can modify the correct form of the files "CustomActions.xml" and "CustomTools.xml". However, when opening the application, reference errors occur and I can not resolve this. I attach a reference image.

Any suggestions or help regarding this?

A support case was created for this issue. Bug 106872 was filed and a hotfix was provided.

Hi Harol,

Can you confirm which version of the web client you are using? 10.2 and later now have you define custom actions directly in the UI without having to update back-end projects.

Hi Justin, the version is 10.3, but i already opened a case in support.
