I am working on a new Forms Process for our employee hiring process.  In this scenario multiple people will interview the candidates.  In my starting form which is sent to each interviewer there will be a spot for them to rank each candidate they interviewed.  This process will have a second form which  averages the ranking given to each candidate. I have attached screenshots of the two parts of the forms process.
