search results show records and records centre

Hello,

How do you turn off the records centre records in search results. A quick search is showing staff both results in records and in records centre. This is confusing and would like to have just the records in the records area (shortcuts) show.  Thanks Kim

Hi Kim, we have the same issue and I have tried advance searches every which way trying to come up with a solution for this.  Staff should not have to see the search results in duplicate.  Ideally, Laserfiche should show the record only once, whether it is a document that has been declared a record or not.  This may be something we have to put in as a feature request, unless there are any users or Laserfiche staff out there that have found a solution for this yet?
