first page not scanning

Are there any settings in the profile that would prevent the first page of a scan from saving? It doesn't matter if she scans 5 pages or 500 the first page will not save with the doc. Weird... I had to delete her profile because of some other issues. I do have her old profile and thought of coping that back over... Ideas? Thanks! Sue

She had Page Removal set in the LF scanning config ;-\ Thanks!!!

Does the user have Page Removal set in their scanning profile? If so, check to see if it is set to remove the first page. That sounds like it is most likely the issue.

Hi Molly :) Thanks for responding! I don't see any "PageRemoval" attributes.

Do you know hat is the Name and what should the data be set to so that I can force NO page removal?
