We have a particular scenario for a client which is a bank, where a particular department performs bulk scanning. 

The scenario is as such for the moment with Zedoc:

1. They receive pack of files daily from different branches. those files are normally account opening form, proof of id, proof of addresses.

2. The files are related to a unique ID which is saved on DB.

3. Once they receive the pack of files, they start scanning them on a scanner where later on the zedoc interface they can further view and distinguish unique IDs.

4. They key in the metadata fields, for e.g unique IDs, Account Number, First Name, Last Name, DOB etc.

5. They select several document types related to one unique ID, and starts keying the metadata fields just once. remember they are different types of documents and the remaining fields are auto populated and then saved.

Also note that it is mandatory for them to preview the file before key in the metadata fields.
At times, a document is attached to several unique IDs which is separated with a comma for e,g 123456789,987654321.
This also auto populates all the fields attached to that multiple unique IDs.The unique IDs are attached to an account number. 
The below example is a usual case:
Unique IDs: 123456789,987654321
Last Name: Sara, Kate
First Name: Tarrent, Gaurt

Now that they have switched to Laserfiche, they require the same scenario as it is less time consuming.
We proposed the below but none of these fits in the actual business.

1. Web access - We can apply same fields to different documents and also preview same, but the field document type keeps changing for the documents.
2. Laserfiche Scanning- too cumbersome for the business people to key in information all the time on a new document.
3. Template-Dynamic fields- takes very long to auto populate as they have a large number of unique IDs and account number on db.
4. Form- repetitive tasks on collection

Can you please sugest if there is another option in Laserfiche to deal with this?
