Cannot View Effective Rights; Directory Server Error

asked on August 13, 2018 Show version history

I have recently moved my DS to domain C which successfully licenses LF servers and domain users on domains A and B.

Since doing so no account can view effective rights for *other* domain users when accessing content on either domain A or B. I have confirmed the error using an admin user (full access) from a LF server directly.

The error we get is below.

Thanks.

I recommend that you open a support case so they can help troubleshoot likely causes for your situation, since the general scenario (Directory Server is on a different domain than your Laserfiche Server) is supported if domain trusts are are set up correctly.

Some information they may want to know to troubleshoot:

  1. Your full version of Directory Server
  2. Which domain Directory Server was on before the move
  3. Whether each domain has domain trust for the other domains
  4. What users are the services running as for Directory Server and the Laserfiche Server
