We recently had the need to work with several colleagues in the same project, a project that involves forms and workflow.
The problem was that we do not have enough remote desktop licenses to work with the workflow designer in which we must create or modify the flows associated with the forms.
And the only answer I found is this:
https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/83277/workflow-permissions-and-rights--Adding-an-account-from-another-domain
But it does not solve the problem, so we found a very simple way available in Windows 10 and Windows server 2012 to change the credentials when connecting to the Workflow Server and indicate to it a local credentials
Control Panel
User account
Manage your credentials
Windows credentials
Add a windows credential
Here you have to enter the IP address of the computer where Workflow server is installed
Internet or network address 8.8.8.8
User Name UserNameonWorkflowServer
Password PasswordonWorkflowServer
and voilá, now you can use the Workflow designer locally by connecting to a Remote Workflow Server
