client crashes when opening PDF

We have a user that can open up a PDF document fine the firs time. When she closes it and opens the same or another PDF, the client will crash and close out. 

We have confirm it is specific to PDFs.

They are on version 10.1.1.320.

Is this specific to one user? If others try to open the same PDFs, do they experience the same issues? Does this user have issues opening PDFs outside of Laserfiche on their machine, or do they experience this issue when connecting from other machines?

Yes issue was resolved by updating the client to 10.2
