Error Message when logging into Laserfiche App.

Currently experiencing the following error when trying to access LF through the App on a Samsung Galaxy S8.

 

Has this been experienced by any other user?

Is this likely a LF issue or handset issue?

Hi Clive, 

We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered, does this happen every time you launch app or after sign in? We tried on our test Samsung S8 device works fine. If the issue persist, have you tried uninstall and install the app again?
