never login users in laser fiche Database

Hi team,

I have some weird situation here in retrieving the users from the laserfiche database.

Example :

In above list in the last column I mentioned Yes or no who are not appearing the Database users but I can see them in windows accounts in laserfiche application.

I have looked into different table like trustee, account_cache but I did n't find the users mentioned 'No' in last column in above screen shot.

Please assist me on this

I'm not really sure what you're asking. You're not telling us what information you're using to populate the "apearing in Laserfiche DB(Yes /No)" column.

A user can be added to the Windows accounts list as part of configuring it as a trusted user which allows it to log in. If your "last login" value is correct, this user has not used Laserfiche at all. The account_cache table only lists users who have logged in at least once.

Hi Miruna,

I am not using any logic to populate the last column, I just mentioned it because for your understanding . My question is User1 , User5 and user 7 are present in tables (account_cache) but User2,User4 and User6 are not exist in laserfiche tables which have similar behavior of user1, User5 and user7 respectively.

I would like to know why this gap is appearing between these users? are there any other tables which contains the information of the users who never login ?
