Business process icon not staying in toolbar

Hello,

We're working with a user that recently got their computer re-imaged and afterwards, when they try to add a custom business process icon to the toolbar, within a document, it is not staying. (See screenshot.) When they go out and back into the document, it is no longer there.

However, when this same business process icon is in the toolbar of the main repository client, it is staying just fine.

Any ideas why it would not be "sticking" in the document view itself.

Try deleting the registry keys under HKCU\SOFTWARE\Laserfiche\Client8 that begin with "DocumentToolbars" (do this with the client closed). Then open the client and try configuring the toolbar in the document viewer.  If that doesn't resolve the issue, please open a support case so we can investigate further.
