We have a customer experiencing errors when attempting to OCR certain documents. Below are the error messages:

This only happens with certain documents, which I believe are larger than letter size. These documents are TIFs and are scanned into Laserfiche with a desktop scanner. I found this article about non-letter sized images for an older version of the OCR engine, but I don't know if it's relevant anymore since it pertains to an older version.

This issue happens across multiple workstations for these specific documents. There are other images elsewhere in their repository that have no problem generating text. I've tried repairing the OCR engine on one of the workstations but that had no effect. Exporting one of the documents as a briefcase and importing it to a demo repository on my end allows me to OCR the document just fine.
