Import Error

I have a user trying to drag and drop an email to a specific folder and getting the error shown in the screenshot.  I can confirm it only happens to this folder.  

Would anyone have any idea why this would happen?

Hi Bill, 

Looks like the screenshot got deleted, although I was able to view it from an earlier version of this post. 

Is it possible that the folder you were trying to import into was deleted or renamed out from under you while you were trying to import?

Nothing changed with the folder at time of import.

Hard to say. Is it something that happens frequently or a on-off scenario?

Just seemed to happen to one particular folder, but has happened in the past.
