Working with Teams in Forms

Hi

I have the following questions related to managing forms in a team environment.

  1. How do send a email to a team? (This would be for the purpose of reminder email to take ownership of a task that had been assigned to the team)
  2. When a team member takes ownership of a task, how do i determine who took ownership? (This is for the purpose of sending reminders to that specific team member that the task is approaching its due date)

There isn't a native way to do either in Laserfiche.  (Hopefully a future feature?)

 

@████████ has created a stored SQL procedure that I was able to use and pair with workflow.
