How to use workflow to pull attachments from Outlook emails and move them to a folder

I have an email address dedicated to receiving emails that need to go into a folder on the Laserfiche repository. I would like for workflow to move the attachments to those emails into a designated folder in the Laserfiche repository.

I have Laserfiche 10.3.1 Avante

Did you manually import the mails or did you use import agent? Did you configure the client so when you import the mail the system store the attachment separately?

So far, nothing is imported. The email is in Outlook and I would like a large number of emails to go into the Laserfiche repository by way of workflow. Ideally, a person would not have to check the email and move the email to Laserfiche. Ideally, workflow would be able to move the email right from Outlook to the Laserfiche repository.

Workflow does not have that functionality in a native way, you could develop it or use the import agent that the latest version allows you to configure an account to automatically import it into the repository.

Hola Hope, te comento que nosotros utilizamos una combinación entre reglas de Outlook, Script VBA Outlook y WebDAV del Laserfiche.
