You can do this with the "Generate Report" feature in recent versions of the web client.
I have a similar question. I am trying to create a report to show all documents uploaded for all employees in the system. We have templates assigned to those employees such as location and can I filter that report by location. I also want to see the full path of those files.
What is the proper way of doing this? Can this be done by Advance Search? Do you have an example for this?
Hi Brian,
Can you share more context for why you want to create such a report?
This is the actual request from one of our stakeholders.
Can you run a report in Laserfiche to show who has documents in the New Hire folder for Corporate employees?
Employee Folder contains subfolders and one of the sub-folders is New Hire where we store documents when these employees were hired initially (e.g. onboarding documents, etc.)
I want to generate a report that that will show what documents we have for each employee in our Corporate Site specifically under each employee "New Hire" sub-folder and containing Full Path of the actual file.
I wanted to have it set just like Recent Documents. How do I implement just like Recent Documents but I can specify by Creation Date and filter it using Location
I'd also like to get a report/listing from a directory. I need to be able to email (via workflow) a list (preferable csv/Excel) that will list all of the documents (returned from a search) by document name to principals on each of our campuses. These documents are 'Eligibility for Destruction' documents.
Not only would this report give me the list to provide to campuses, it will give me a document that has a complete list of documents that have been destroyed.
