A user imported over 400 files and all but one maintained there Windows file structure on import. This file was suppose to be placed under a folder in that group, but instead, it maintain being in the *Incoming Folder top level and the file did not maintain its natural format (Outlook email)

When I looked at the Event viewer I show an import agent error at the exact same time. I need to know why this happened, so I can insure it doesn't happen again.

We are currently on Version 9.0 for the IA, but will be upgrading production end of August.
