We have a customer who has several thousand BP instances that are in progress, and this number grows every day. They are concerned this will make Laserfiche Forms slower over time.

I told them that a Forms instance that is in progress is simply a database row, and doesn't actively use CPU cycles or anything. The only slowness I notice is when I go to the Monitor tab - it takes several seconds to load. Reports are also a bit slower.

Can someone from Laserfiche comment?
