Hi everyone,
After upgrading Laserfiche from 10 to 10.2.1, all web component stopped working.

That url - /laserfiche/FormsConfig/ - is not expected to point to anything.  The /laserfiche will map to the Web Client, but it doesn't have a /FormsConfig subdirectory.  Can you go to just /laserfiche?

thanks for the answer, but i don't understand what u mean.
do you mean changing the physical path to C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\ instead of C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Config?

I'm talking about the "Requested URL" in the original screenshot, which is not expected to be a valid URL.  It's possible that doesn't match what is in the browser location bar - since there's no reason for you to try to load that URL - and if not that would be interesting to know.  The new screenshot makes it look like the aspx page loaded ok, but none of the static resources (js and css) did.  These combined make it seem like something is possibly not right with URL forwarding, and the addition of /FormsConfig would lead me to suspect something with that product.

the problem (ressources not found) happens to with admin console, audit trail and other webproducts so Forms is not the problem.
and about the URL what do you suggest? what can i do to fix the fix tat?

I'm suggesting the possibility that Forms changed some IIS settings that ended up breaking all of the other applications, but it's not really more than speculation.

In the first screenshot in this thread: what URL did the browser try to load?  As I said, the error message indicates it was processing a URL under the Web Access application that is not supposed to have content, so that's only problematic if the browser was trying to load a different URL than the one indicated in the 404 response.

The second screenshot shows that you can get to Web Access, though of course it's not working properly.  What errors show up in the F12 developer tools or console?  I'd guess it's not loading some resources - what errors show up in the network tab?
