My client is having an issue with 1 user when they open up quick fields, is not able to enter any data into the template once quick fields has processed the imported pages. We have verified that they have the proper volume security, file security, template security, and field security to be able to edit the data in the template, but almost all the boxes turn grey when they open quick fields.
This is only happening to this user so far that they know of, and they are logging in(including the session) into LF using Windows Auth. Has anyone encountered this issue before, and if so what is the solution?
They are on version 10.3 of quick fields, and I have uploaded a screenshot of the issue. Thanks for any insight!
