Scheduled form did not start this Monday

I have a Forms process that has been scheduled to start weekly every Monday since 8/28 of last year.  This has happened without fail until yesterday, when the process did not start at all.  I've since forced the process to start, but would like to know why the process did not run automatically yesterday.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting would be appreciated.

I assume that this process starts in Forms and is not initiated in Workflow?
You can look at the Event Viewer on the Forms Server to around the start time of your process and see if there were any errors or warnings.
