During The Laserfiche Spark today there was a discussion that included using Laserfiche for case management. Would anyone have an example or demo I can view? I would like to see functionality if this would be viable for our company.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the question. I am a product manager atLaserfiche. I'd be happy to talk with you and your VAR about the work we are doing related to it. Laserfiche can be used for some case management processes today. We are actively working on significant enhancements to improve our case management capabilities.

We are always interested in hearing from customers about their needs so we can consider that during development. I'll send you and email to discuss further.

I'd be very interested in hearing any specifics about how Laserfiche can be used for case management today and also the future plans.

If your referring to the full-blown case management software, from what I heard at this year's Empower it sounded like this is still at least a couple of years out.

They provided a good preview of what it might look like at Empower 2017, but I don't know if they have an actual demo ready yet since they were still in the early stages.

They touched on it during the Laserfiche Spark presentation on Tuesday but no real details.

Please email the info you have on case management to myself as well, I am working with a client that does insurance fraud investigations that they need a case management solution for.
