We use Laserfiche Client version 10.3.0.457 and 10.3.1.479
They get the error "341-Interface not registered"
Without Laserfiche, we can still e-mail any document with outlook with the mouse right button !
Any help would be appreciated

Are you using the Web Client or the Windows Client?
Windows Client
Try uninstalling then reinstalling Outlook and make sure it's the default mail client.

These users are using Windows 7. The version of Laserfiche Office Integration in Outlook Laserfiche Label is 10.3.494 ...
Are there other things we can try ?
