Some users can no longer send documents by e-mail since we upgrade to Office 365

We use Laserfiche Client version 10.3.0.457 and 10.3.1.479

They get the error "341-Interface not registered"

Without Laserfiche, we can still e-mail any document with outlook with the mouse right button !

Any help would be appreciated

Are you using the Web Client or the Windows Client?

Try uninstalling then reinstalling Outlook and make sure it's the default mail client.

Hello Raymond,

We tried uninstalling/reinstalling Outlook without success !

These users are using Windows 7. The version of Laserfiche Office Integration in  Outlook Laserfiche Label is 10.3.494 ...

Are there other things we can try ?

Please open a Support case with your VAR so we can look into the matter further. Have the VAR reference this thread when opening the case.

Hi Roger,

Do you mean you cannot save attachments to Laserfiche through Laserfiche ribbon? If yes, could you tell me the version of Laserfiche Office Integration and Outlook?

  1. Laserfiche Office Integration version can be got from Laserfiche ribbon->Help->About Laserfiche Office Integration
  2. Outlook version can be got from File robbon->Office Account->About Outlook
