one of our customer have problem with web link 10.1 currently updated from 9.1 the time out session not correctly working , we set the timing as usual from IIS as usual but it didn't get effected on the users time out limitation , also the users always shows duplicate means as example user 1 shows two or three times in the sessions on administration console . kindly find attached the license and screen shots for the settings .
