save document from .net application

Hi team,

I am facing a problem to save the document from .net application.

Recently we have migrated .net application to other new server . when we try to test the new server then updating or saving documents were not happening in laser fiche from my application. In old server, we can save or update the document. From new server we could read the document but not able to save or update.

we are using same user name as old server

Please help me out

This is an application that you wrote? If your API calls to save are not succeeding, what errors are they returning?

It is my company's application. APIcall was successful, but the document is not saving . we didn't receive any error logs.

The most common problem you would encounter when moving from one machine to another is missing dependencies if you didn't install the SDK, but that would definitely cause an exception to be thrown. Other than that, the normal trouble-shooting approach would be to write the minimal program that reproduces the problem and go from there.
