Combo docs - Outlook Extension - How to choose which document

When you have a combo document (two different document types showing as one, like a native document and an Adobe PDF) and you are using the attach feature in the Outlook Extension, how do you choose which document to attach. It always seems to favor the PDF.

Can you provide an example of what your are describing here? I'm not quite following. Thanks.

This is using the Attach Laserfiche document button in a new Outlook message under the Laserfiche tab. Also when right clicking a document and selecting email. How do you choose which of the 2 documents you want to attach, when they are combined into a single entry.
