Forms- Assigning Email Address to LF Named User

Hello,

 

We have a customer who is setting up their Forms and they have synced across all of their Named Users from their Repository.

 

They wanted to know if it is possible to set more than one email address, for a single Named User in that Named User Attributes section, and would it reflect in the email notifications for that Named User in Forms?

I don't think you can configure one account with multiple email addresses. If they really want that type of behavior I think the real solution would be to create a Distribution Group, set the DG email as the email for the account, and manage the multiple addresses inside the group.

Out of curiosity, why do they want/need multiple emails for one account?

Thanks Jason,

 

They were looking at two different email domains that are currently in use, so they wanted to see if would be possible to have both of those email domain addresses listed.
