Trying to send document in email from Laserfiche 10.3 desktop client

Hi Justin.

First, I would check that your Outlook is 32-bit. If it is, my first attempt to fix this would be to try, in this order: uninstall the Laserfiche client, delete the client folder, then uninstall Outlook; then do a full install of the Laserfiche client and Outlook.

Alternately, you can contact your VAR, who will troubleshoot this issue with you.
