Which event types do I have to check in order to see if a named view only user has downloaded and/or viewed a file in the repository?

View Document and Export Document would be the relevant events.

That is what I thought too and I have those checked, however, I can find the view events (event type 34) in the SQL database for a particular user but the Laserfiche Audit report will not put those rows in the result set.

That is the event type you want to see. If they are in the database I don't know why you wouldn't see them, unless you have some other criterion that filters them out (e.g. date range or user). If it still doesn't seem to be working, you'll want to work with your reseller to open a support case.

Yes, I have opened a support case with my reseller. There are no other criteria that it is filtering.
