Forms: Fitting Everything on 1 Printable Page, Part 2

posted on July 20, 2018

Hi all,

This post piggybacks on an early post, https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/143881/Forms-Fitting-Everything-on-1-Printable-Page#143911.

After applying some of the solutions suggested in the post above, I was able to get the form to fit neatly on a single page when sending via an email service task. However, the same form (ie, the special one specifically for the purpose of scaling the form) splits evenly across 2 pages when saved to the repository.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Rob

Does the form have any section breaks around the midpoint? I'd be curious to know if it is splitting evenly based on the size of the content or if it is keeping specific fields together.

You nailed it! The form has a section break smack dab in the middle of it.

Anyway, I will keep experimenting until it works!

I can't seem to find the code I used, but I had a situation in which I needed to do the opposite and force a new page after specific sections.

But, the following is where I found the info that pointed me in the right direction; it discusses how to force/prevent page breaks to keep content grouped.
