Hi,

Trying to download 10.3.1 Avante Update 1(https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013971/list-of-changes-for-laserfiche-server-10-3-1-update-1 )

 

Seems to be a dead link as can't get the zip file. Same thing happens when I try the Scanning hotfix as well.

worked fine for me as well. might have to ask your VAR or check permissions.

It downloads fine for me, so it may be that your user does not have permissions to it.

Thanks Bert, I would have thought that it would inform me of such if that was the case. Instead, the page just times out.
