Antivirus exceptions - Associated processes list by product

Hello All,

Does anyone have an updated and comprehensive list of all Laserfiche processes by product (e.g. Server, Client, Forms, Workflow, etc.) It's logical for admins to know to whitelist processes for the antivirus that start with Laserfiche, but not all processes do. For instance the BPOmniOCR process. How are users to know all of the associated processes without a defined list? This would be very helpful, and if I've overlooked an existing document, excuse me please.

Hi Brian and Mike,

There is a very long list of possible exe's across of of the products here. What I would recommend is to whitelist anything under C:\PF\Laserfiche, C:\PF (x86)\Laserfiche, C:\PF\Common Files\Laserfiche, and C:\PF (x86)\Common Files\Laserfiche. That should cover the bulk of them. Of course, if you installed applications to non-default locations, you will need to include those as well.
