Completed Task showing as Empty in LF Mobile (Server- 10.2.1.751)

Hello,

 

We have a customer who is unable to see the Completed Task, when they try to view them in the LF Mobile App.

 

I saw this LF Answer Post, below, and was curious if the customer does need to be running Forms 10.3.1, in order for this feature to light up?

Our Customer is currently running Forms 10.2.0.774.

 

I also referenced this LF Mobile How To Link below, to see if there was a configuration needed and there is nothing described, regarding Completed Task:

Hi Jeff, 

 

We apologize for the inconvenience. For full compatibility you will need to upgrade your Forms to 10.3. We are working on improving backwards compatible in a future release.
