I have a customer that like the default layout for the Document Window except they want the Business Process Pane already set to Auto Hide.

​​​​​​​While they can set this up, when the user goes to View-->Panes-->Restore Default Layout it puts it back at the bottom.   Even if they Lock the Display it allows it to be reset to default.  Is there a way to change the default so it resets to a new design?  Also, shouldn't the lock display prevent it from resetting to default?
