LF Cloud - Quick Fields Agent was not found in the license.

I have a client with LF Cloud, Quickfields and QF Agent.  I have everything working with Cloud and Quick Fields on it's own.  I installed QF Agent afterwards as a "Modify" option to the installation.  I was able to get everything configured and a schedule set, but when Agent tries to run the QF Session I get the following error:

I've checked on the support site and the client definitely has QF Agent along with Quickfields.  Please advise.

If you look in the About dialog in Quick Fields on that machine, does it list Quick Fields Agent as one of the features?

I'll have to get remote access and check.  If it does not list QF Agent, what are the steps to resolve?

Most likely opening a case with Tech Support. This usually is caused by not adding Quick Fields Agent to the Quick Fields license before activating, but there's not enough information here to troubleshoot and we'd probably need to look at the activation history for the customer.

I don't see QF Agent Listed.  I've attached a screenshot for review.

Your screenshot is not showing the Features section.
