Customer has a web application and would like to integrate with Laserfiche via Connector. I have successfully extracted the values within the web application to perform Laserfiche searches. My only issue is that when the web application is closed out, it seems I lose the "connection" and I must reconfigure Connector. Under source application, the profile is configured to apply to "the whole website". Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi Ali,
Per lose the "connection", do you mean that the L icon does not show in some website when the profile applying to "the whole website"?
If you mean it, please open the profile and check the url attribute and the url that does not show L icon.

No, when the web application is closed (exited), then reopened and I try to perform another LF search, I receive the following...
