This has been an issue that has plagued our projects for a long time now. It does not matter how we set it, whether we are setting the default language of the SQL server, or the languages of the SQL users, or the region of the browsers, or the language settings of the servers themselves, American dates still get generated and continue to break Workflows and forms.

Is there a definitive list, or answer, that I can follow to make sure that no date is ever formatted in middle endian?
