LF Connector - There is no document currently open

I am learning how to use connector 10.3 by trying to write information to Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2017.

 

I have it setup to add a New Vendor but I have the document open in Laserfiche with the Metadata and Template needed for the information.  It is stating that there is no document currently open.

Here's an example of some of the controls I am pointing to in Quickbooks:

I wanted to verify I have the Control Names placed correctly.  I selected the Vendor Name box for example in the window above in Quickbooks and set that Control Name as VENDOR NAME and the value to write as the token for the Vendor Name within the document in Laserfiche.

There is a known issue in Laserfiche Connector 10.3 that “Laserfiche Connector cannot detect a document opened in the Laserfiche Windows client when Laserfiche Connector is run as an administrator and the Laserfiche Windows client is not run as an administrator. See KB 1013271”.

As a workaround, please exit Laserfiche Connector first and then re-launch Laserfiche Connector.
