I am running into an issue with table layout changes in the approval process. When the form gets to the manager, the table suddenly becomes

I tried to hide the row label but it's still showing up. I tried to adjust the width % of each column but they did not change at all. The only thing works was to delete the table and added it back from the variable. However, the problem kept repeating itself in each approval. Did anyone else run into the same problem? I am form version 10 by the way.
