default template security

When I create a new template, it has security to my username and the EVERYONE repository group.  Is there a way to change the default template security?

Assuming you are using the desktop administration console, just right click on "Templates" then All Tasks--> Default Security.

This is one of the first things I do when setting up a new repository for a customer and I would recommend it for everyone.

For reference, this is also available through web client management in the toolbars for Fields, Templates, and Volumes. It's labeled 'Default Security' and I believe is the furthest right toolbar item.
