I am having a problem with the IMAP process. Files are located in an corp inbox and them moved into a folder in LF. The files are shown when I check the IMAPCHECKER log, but all of a sudden the files are saved locally but not moved as they were the day before. Nothing has changed on the LF Server. Any help is appreciated.

Based on what you put here, this sounds like an integration set up by your VAR, rather then a Laserfiche product? If that's the case, you will probably have better success contacting your VAR directly. Alternatively, if this is being done directly through a Laserfiche product module, can you clarify which ones? Thanks for the repose I did contact our LF consultants. He went through typical questions such, is the imap config pane open or is has the password to the inbox been changed....we use imap to search the inbox for pdf attachments and then move them into a folder in LF. From there Quick Fields grabs the file and performs processing on the first page of the pdf...

What Justin is saying is that imapchecker is not a Laserfiche product, so it must be a custom integration program and you will need to talk to the people who developed it to get support/help in trouble shooting it.
