Laserfiche client OCR will stop after CSV file

Hi Everyone,

I have installed Laserfiche Client 10.3 version in Windows 10, and I found out a problem with the OCR engine. I have uploaded a batch of folder will a proper structure of sub folder.

Each of the sub folder will contain PDF documents and 1 CSV file.

My objective is to convert all the PDF in all sub folder into full text search documents.

I also found out that the OCR engine work fine, but the OCR engine will only OCR documents for the first sub folder only. For others sub folder, OCR will stop working.

I have ticked "Generate Text" and "Generate Pages" during upload document but the result still same.

Please assist me on this issue.

Try importing the folder structure with the 'generate text' and 'generate pages' options unchecked. After they all import, search for all PDFs inside the LF folder (see screenshot), select them all and run Tasks->Generate Pages.
