I have a user that uses a Canon DR-X10C (drivers are up to date), and when they open the Laserfiche Scanning, it will immediately freeze and does not respond. If we wait a few minute it open the scanning but it will freeze again for another 10-20 minutes. 

He is on version 8.1.2.681

Has anyone dealt with this issue before?
