Any compatibility issues with Android 6 Marshmallow OS and the Laserfiche Mobile App?

You might take a look at the OS support page. Down at the bottom it lists supported OS version for the mobile app.

There are no known issues with Android 6.0 in the latest release of the mobile app. You can find the known issues in the release notes.
