Hi All,

Was wondering if it is possible to do a search (syntax or normal) on all filenames within the repository that are over a number of characters?

As in, find me all documents within a folder where filename > 80 characters?

Is that possible/doable?

Hi Ziad,

You could do something similar to:
{LF:Name=??????????*, Type="D"} & {LF:LOOKIN="lfiche\IT\Documents"}

That would find any files that have at least as many characters in the name as the number of question marks in the search term.
