I want to save my outlook body as pdf without using laserfiche snapshot 

How can I do this?

Hi Joanne,

Laserfiche does not have the capability to convert Outlook into PDF, even if using Laserfiche Snapshot. Snapshot outputs as Tiffs, not PDFs. Can you provide more information on what you are trying to do? 

If you simply wish to be able to view the outlook email content directly in the client applications, a basic email viewer has been added to the Laserfiche web client in version 10.3.
