I have customer upgrading to RIO and they were testing the account converter utility with some strange behavior. It is the newer one that takes windows mapped accounts (domain\firstname.lastname) and searches AD for a match, creates the windows account and then removes the mapping from the Laserfiche account. They ran the utility twice in succession with the same settings and in the first run it found 27 and processed them correctly. The rest received something like "JDoe has no linked Active Directory accounts.  Did not find a match, so JDoe was not processed. A second run with the exact same settings found 9 more matches that the first run did not....same settings. Has anyone experienced anything similar or have any idea what could be happening here? They are 9.2.1 repositories.
