I have observed a number of suspended processes when monitoring Forms v 10.3.1.553. this happens when the user assigned the task no longer has a license assigned in LFDS. I then review the user in LFDS I find the user has the appropriate license and am able to reassign the task after synchronizing Forms. Is it possible for Forms synchronization to occur during the time when LFDS identity provider rules are running to synchronize with AD. Since this takes several minutes, would the license be unassigned during this processing?
